If you join the East Bank Club team, you can take pride in knowing you are part of a well-established organization with an excellent reputation throughout the country. Our pride in East Bank Club and our employees plays a major role in creating the Club's reputation as a world-class fitness, sports and dining facility.

East Bank Club opened its doors on December 15, 1980. At that time, building an exercise, recreation and dining facility on such a grand scale was a new concept.

As a service theme for all employees our goal is to exceed the expectations of the members and guests. Employees are able to provide services to members and guests by being well-trained in their job and using management support.

Each employee brings diversity in background, experience, perspective and talent to their job at the Club. Some differences are physical such as gender, race and age, while others include nationality, cultural heritage, personal background, sexual orientation and work experience. Indeed EBC employees are diverse, which is evident just by walking around the Club. Over the years, employees from all over the world, near and far, have made their way to the Club. "Diversity is part of what makes working at the Club so enjoyable," says Director of Human Resources, Kevin Brooks, "We learn from each other. It is really interesting to see different backgrounds come together and see how each person is unique."

It is the policy of the Club to provide equal employment opportunities for all the qualified applicants and employees without reguard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status under applicable local, state or federal law.

In addition, decisions concerning hiring, work assignments, benefits, promotions, transfers, and terminations are made without reguard to an applicant's or employee's protected status.
