REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online registration will open Saturday, February 23 at 9 a.m. Summer Camp is very popular and fills up very quickly. Therefore, we encourage you to register as close to February 23 at 9 a.m. as possible.
This year, our camp registration will take place exclusively online. Through providing camp registration online, we hope to ease the process of registration as well as offer every member the fairest chance to register their child for camp.
Beginning February 23, visit eastbankclub.com, and click on the “Summer Camp Registration” link.
Follow the steps to enroll your child in camp. Once you have enrolled your child, you will receive a confirmation email. We anticipate a high volume of registrations on February 23, which will result in an online queue. The site will reserve your spot in line and give you an estimated wait time. When it is your turn, the site will automatically direct you to the registration page. (Please note that the camp registration system is different than the Club’s BookingPlus system used for other online scheduling. Therefore, everyone will log onto the camp registration system as a first-time user.)
After you have registered, you will be able to log into your account at anytime to view the details of your registration and to make updates to the following: address, phone number, allergies, special instructions, and pick-up authorizations.
There will be no paper registration and no option to fax registrations this year. On February 23 at 9 a.m. we will have three computers set up in River Room A, located adjacent to the north end of the Grill. Members can use those computers to register. The registration process will be the same online process, so there is no advantage to registering at the Club.
Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. An active membership number is required at the time you register online. Children must be listed on their parents’ account by June 1, 2008 to participate in Camp.
