SCHEDULING

To schedule an appointment in the CAC, please contact the Children's Activity Center at (312) 527-5800, extension 252.

To sign up for a Junior Program, please contact the Reservation Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222.

Reservations for the CAC are necessary and may be made up to two days in advance. In an effort to maintain a caretaker to child ratio that ensures safety and enjoyment for each child, we ask that parents are on time for drop off and pick up as scheduled when making the appointment.

In order for the CAC to be as available as possible for everyone, we ask that parents observe the following rules:

• Schedule only the time you plan to use.
• When the CAC is not booked, you will be charged only for the time your child spends in the CAC, otherwise, you will be charged for the time you reserved.
• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the full fee will be charged to the membership account.
