SAUNA, STEAM ROOM & WHIRLPOOL

Within moments, the warmth penetrates your body from head to toe, easing tired muscles, and helping the cares and worries of the day drift away. Just as importantly, the warmth opens the pores of your skin, creating a flow of perspiration which lifts out the impurities of everyday living. Your skin will be deep cleansed like never before, leaving it soft, supple, and healthy.

For your convenience, the Men's Locker Room has two saunas, two steam rooms and a whirlpool.

Guidelines

• Limit your use to a maximum of 10 minutes.
• Allow yourself at least five minutes after exercising to cool down before entering.
• Children under 16 are not permitted in the whirlpool, sauna or steam room.
• For your safety and out of consideration for others, we ask that you not bring the following into the sauna, steam room or whirlpool: food, beverages, gum, lotion, razors shampoo/soap and glass containers.
• Newspapers are not permitted in the steam room.
• Drying of clothes is not permitted in the sauna.
• Please deposit towels in the receptacles provided.
• A shower must be taken before entering the whirlpool.
• Due to high temperatures, the whirlpool, sauna and steam room can be dangerous to your health. Those with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease and respiratory problems, should avoid exposure to high heat.
