Statements are mailed at the beginning of each month, and payment is due promptly upon receipt. A $20 late fee will be added to your statement if payment is received after the last day of the month.

There are a few different ways for members to pay their bills:

Online Billing and Statements

Our online bill payment system is convenient and easy to use. Online bill payment allows you to pay your bills and view your statements online anytime.

To use our online billing, go to https://online.spectrumng.net/Eastbank. You will be prompted to log into the system. (If you do not have a login and password, contact Member Services at (312) 527-5800, extension 206.) From there, follow the steps to view your statements and pay your bill.

In an effort to become more environmentally friendly, East Bank Club is happy to offer the option of paperless billing. By signing up to receive your statements by email, you will no longer receive statements via mail.

Checks, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash

Checks can be deposited in the member payment box, located across from the entrance to the Member Services office, or mailed to the Club:

Cash payments are accepted in the Member Services office.

Credit card and debit card payments can be made in person in the Member Services office, or by phone to the Member Services office, (312) 527-5800, extension 206.

Automatic Bill Payment

Automatic bill payment is an easy way to pay your bills automatically each month through your bank account or with your credit card. Once you are enrolled in this program, the Club will deduct your balance from your bank account or charge your balance to your credit card on the tenth day of each month. If the tenth day of the month falls on a holiday or weekend, you will be charged the next business day. While enrolled in automatic bill payment, we will continue to send you a monthly statement, which will indicate the amount paid by your financial institution.
