Employees are chosen after a thorough interview process and reference check. While we do everything possible to choose the right person for each position, we cannot ensure perfection. Therefore, if at anytime you are disappointed with the level of service you have received, please speak to management regarding the problem, rather than addressing the employee directly. This will help us to provide the appropriate coaching, counseling and when necessary, progressive discipline. Positive comments, written or verbal, are shared with the staff and are very much appreciated by all.
Tipping is not expected in the checkroom or in any of the program or activity areas of the Club. However, it is anticipated that members will tip for services rendered in the restaurants and bars and for other special services.
