The East Bank Club Masters Swim Team offers a great way to stay in top swimming shape. The competitive-style, interval-training practices average between 3,000 and 4,000 yards, and swimmers are grouped by level to give everyone the best workout possible. Coaches provide swimmers with tips for improved technique. There is no advance registration for Masters Swim.
