Booty Beat

This workout takes flirty and fabulous dance choreography and incorporates it into an effective cardio conditioning class that works the whole body. G.R.I.T.  (Glens Rope Interval Training)

This class, led by Master Boxing Trainer, Glen Freedman, incorporates jump rope rounds with other exercises. Participants will jump rope and do lunges; jump rope and do push-ups; jump rope and do sit-ups; and more.

In A Minute

Got a minute? How about 60 minutes to tone and strengthen your entire body? This class offers a full-body toning workout in which each exercise is performed for one minute, round after challenging round. Expect cardio intervals, a variety of muscle conditioning exercises and a different strength workout each week.

Indoor Cycling

Our high-energy Indoor Cycling class is designed to improve fitness and performance. The workout is exhilarating and intense, but everyone can move at their own pace. Participants of all levels are welcome. There is no advance registration for this class. If you have never taken an Indoor Cycling class before, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so the instructor can help you get situated and fit your bike properly. Please note, we cannot admit anyone who arrives five minutes after the start of class.

Play Tough

This intermediate to advanced athletic training class builds endurance, strength and balance through work with BOSU balls, weights and resistance tubes, as well as through drills on the track and in the stairwell. Play tough is a high-intensity workout, so come prepared to sweat.

Power Low Impact

Super Circuit
