Get an introduction to general martial arts training and the core principles of Tae Kwon Do. Participants will work on speed, strength, balance, coordination, endurance and flexibility. Prior martial arts experience and uniforms are not necessary. There is no advance registration for this class.

Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion.” It promotes serenity through gentle movements, which improve circulation and increase energy. Tai Chi focuses on stability, flexibility, focus and relaxation. There is no advance registration for this class.
