Body Pump

Body Pump is the ultimate resistance training class. Using a specially designed barbell exercise system, you will improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories. Buff Yoga

In A Minute

Got a minute? How about 60 minutes to tone and strengthen your entire body? This class offers a full-body toning workout in which each exercise is performed for one minute, round after challenging round. Expect cardio intervals, a variety of muscle conditioning exercises and a different strength workout each week.

Play Tough

This fun and challenging workout employs a large rope anchored to the wall at its center point. While gripping each end of the rope, participants create a wave motion that increases power, strength, aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and grip strength. Super Circuit
