PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise)

This class creates a safe, comfortable environment in which those living with arthritis can exercise to improve mobility. The class covers a variety of range-of-motion and endurance-building activities, relaxation techniques, and health education topics. All of the exercises can be modified to meet any individual participant’s needs. The program’s demonstrated benefits include improved functional ability and increased confidence in one’s ability to exercise. There is no advance registration for this class.
