Looking to add some variety to your work out? Choose from a wide offering of fitness classes designed to expand your normal workout regimen.

This group exercise class is specially designed to ease the transition from physical therapy back to regular exercise. Once you have been released by your physical therapist, we will guide you through weekly workouts to prevent re-injury. Boot Camp

Get fit fast with our eight-week Boot Camp program. These military-style, interval-training classes use the body’s own weight to create resistance, making participants stronger, faster and more toned. With this periodized, or progressive, approach, you will be able to run a 5k by the end of the program. Holiday Mini Boot Camp

Join us for this two-week, high-intensity class that will alleviate holiday stress and combat those extra calories. Our Holiday Mini Boot Camp follows the same format as our regular Boot Camp, incorporating calisthenics such as sit-ups, push-ups and more to use the body’s own weight to create resistance. Scorch

Burn calories with this interval training class on the Woodway treadmills. Each workout will alternate high-intensity cardio with full body strength training and core work.  Participants set their own pace, and individuals of all fitness levels are welcome. Small Group Fitness Nutrition Add-On

Get maximum results from our small-group fitness classes by supplementing your session with a customized nutrition plan from our dietitian. The Art of Self Defense

Train to Hustle up the Hancock

This seven-week training program to help you prepare for the Hustle up the Hancock race. The program includes two cardiovascular workouts per week. One will focus on stair climbing, using either the Gauntlet or actual stairs, along with some core work. The other will focus on cross training and will include work on the bike, elliptical, treadmill and/or rower. This training will lead to increased aerobic capacity, helping you to hustle up those 96 floors without losing your breath. To register for the race, visit hustleupthehancock.org.
