Pre-Thanksgiving Double-Time Workout

Burn calories and kick your metabolism into high gear before your big feast with this special high-energy class. The workout will begin with a 45-minutes Power Ride in the Cycling Studio before moving to the Performance Center for an electrifying high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout with a live DJ. There is no advance registration for this class.
