EBC Weight Loss Group

Stay healthy during the holidays with our weight loss program. It’s easier to stick with a weight loss plan when you have a support group to share tips on diet and exercise. This program includes a weekly group meeting with our dietitian, two weekly group workouts with a personal trainer, Bod Pod body fat testing, printed workouts to do on your own, and a binder full of the latest nutritional information.

November 6 - December 14

Morning Session

Group Training Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 - 11 a.m.

Group Nutrition Session: Wednesdays, 10 - 11 a.m.

Evening Session

Group Training Sessions: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6 - 7 p.m.

January 8 - February 15
