EBC Weight Loss Group

Start 2018 strong with our Weight Loss Group, and lose weight effectively and safely. It’s easier to stick with a weight loss plan when you have a support group to share tips on diet and exercise. This program includes a weekly group meeting with our dietitian, two weekly group workouts with a personal trainer, Bod Pod body fat testing, printed workouts to do on your own, and a binder full of the latest nutritional information.

March 12 - April 19

Morning Session

Group Training Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 - 11 a.m.
Exercise Room 4 (located at the north end of the Track)
Group Nutrition Session: Wednesdays, 10 - 11 a.m.
Kinzie Room

Evening Session

Group Training Sessions: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6 - 7 p.m.
Exercise Room 4 (located at the north end of the Track)
Group Nutrition Session: Tuesdays, 6 - 7 p.m.
Kinzie Room

$450 per six-week session / $250 for returning participants
