Chicago Marathon Training Program

Our marathon-training program brings runners of all abilities together to conquer the Chicago Marathon on Sunday, October 7. The program includes track workouts and long runs. Long runs will move to an earlier time to avoid the summer heat when temperatures heat up. Track Workouts

Our coaches will help you improve speed and efficiency, aerobic and muscular fitness, race pacing, and confidence within your training level. Come prepared for a variety of challenging but enjoyable workouts. Runners of all fitness levels can benefit from these sessions.
