This high intensity class, designed specifically for the female athlete, combines reactive training with agility, speed and quickness drills. We’ll help you run faster, bike longer, become more agile, become stronger in yoga or simply build your confidence as an athlete. We’ll begin with a functional movement screening that will address weaknesses, and we’ll move on to work on movement skills such as acceleration, absolute speed and cutting, as well as core development. The class size is small (no more than six), so participants receive individual attention. This is an advanced athletic class intended for those who are healthy and uninjured.
