Swim Cross-Training

Swimming is an ideal way for runners, cyclists and other athletes to cross-train, particularly during the colder months. This 16-week program is the perfect supplement to any workout regimen, and it will give your muscles and joints a chance to recover while providing low-impact full-body strength and cardiovascular workouts. Participants will improve strength in the upper body and core muscle groups that will improve posture and endurance. This program is for swimmers at a beginner-intermediate level and higher; the ability to swim laps is necessary.
