TRX Suspension Training, developed by the US Navy Seals, is a revolutionary method of bodyweight training that uses two straps anchored to the ceiling to leverage gravity, enabling hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. TRX training is a great way to get your heart rate up, develop your core strength and build overall power, strength, flexibility and balance. 

Sessions are 45 minutes.

Private session: $40
Master Trainer Private Session: $43 
Semi-Private Session (two participants): $22 per person
Master Trainer Semi-Private Session (two participants): $23.50 per person
Semi-Private Session (three participants): $20 per person
Master Trainer Semi-Private Session (three participants): $20 per person
