Group Classes

Choose from any of our small group classes, which range from traditional classes to specialized offerings.

Try one of our small-group classes. You'll find classes designed for beginners, classes for those with Pilates or GYROTONIC® experience, and specialty classes for those with particular needs.

Small Group Classes

Balance Training

This class uses Pilates-based work and natural movement exercises to improve your balance and stability, which are vital for everyday activities. To register, contact the Reservation Desk at (312) 527-5800, extension 222, or reservations@eastbankclub.com.

Building a Healthy Baby

Learn how to support a healthy pregnancy through exercise, nutrition and pampering. Participants will enjoy a three-course dinner while Dietitian Sarah Calamita, RD, CSSD, LDN, covers your body’s nutritional needs during pregnancy as well as what foods to avoid. Director of Pilates and GYROTONIC® Method Lisa Reynolds and Master Personal Trainer Joel Meraz will discuss cardio, strength and Pilates exercises to prevent backaches, stay healthy, and prepare your body for delivery. We will end the evening with relaxing chair massages with massage therapists from the Spa. Come prepared to exercise. Pilates Suspended

Experience Pilates in an entirely new way. This class combines traditional Pilates work with the rigors of TRX Suspension Training. Prenatal Pilates

The core-building principles of Pilates perfectly address the physical needs of pregnant women. Pilates tones abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles, enabling them to support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. Progressive GYROTONIC Tower Class

Experience the benefits of the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower in a small-group setting. GYROTONIC® is a method of exercise that incorporates key principles of gymnastics, swimming, ballet and yoga using circular, spiraling and undulating movements to expand joint mobility, increase functional stretch and develop spherical awareness.
