Providing your guests with a light appetizer is not only a wonderful accompaniment to a cocktail hour, but provides guests with the opportunity to become acquainted before sitting down for the meal that you have personally selected for their enjoyment. You may prefer to have hand passed hors d'oeuvres or a small station where guests can create their own assortment.
