Joe Hurt Trio

Born and raised in Chicago, pianist Joe Hurt emerged as a blues and jazz virtuoso by age 11. Joe thrills audiences with an enviable repertoire of more than 500 songs. His dynamic, improvisational style has been influenced by artists such as Ramsey Lewis, Oscar Peterson and Gene Harris. A highlight of the trio is Redd Holt, the original drummer for the Ramsey Lewis Trio.
