How do I arrange a guest visit?

There are several options. If a member is escorting

their guest(s) to the Club, the pass may be arranged at the Reception Desk. When you are unable to accompany your

guest(s), you may call the Member Services office to authorize the visit.  A guest pass may be arranged over the phone, which will allow a guest to check in without a member being present. Guest passes are valid for the date specified, and do not carry over from day to day.   

To offer more flexibility, guest pass cards may also be purchased in advance in Member Services and are valid for one year.  Members can give their guests these cards to use at their convenience.

All guests are required to present identification and sign a guest waiver upon check in. Children under the age of five are not permitted as guests. The guest fee is $20.

How can I take a guest to the Grill?

Active members may arrange a grill pass at the reception desk.  The pass is valid for a 90-minute period and directions for use are stated on the pass.   Unfortunately, grill passes cannot be arranged over the phone and are not available for carry out or juice bar.

How can I pay my bill? What type of payment options are available?

The following options are available for payment of your East Bank Club statement:

Automatic electronic funds transfer from a credit card or bank account.  Please stop by member services for a

registration form.

 

E-Bill allows you to receive your monthly statement electronically.  The advantage of this option is that you have

the flexibility to change your method of payment each month.  To register, go to  www.mycheckfree.com

E-mail allows you to pay your balance by sending an e-mail to payments@eastbankclub.com.

Payments can also be made by mail or by stopping in the Member Services office.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available in the Member Services office. Certificates may be purchased for salon and spa services, private lessons, pro shop merchandise or any of our dining options.
