Automated Teller Machines

For your convenience, automated teller machines are located on the first level opposite the Reservation Desk.

Bicycles

Bicycle racks are located along the east side of the building.  We recommend that you secure your tires and the frame with a u-shaped Kryptonite lock.  A camera is in place to help discourage thieves.  The Club does not assume responsibility for damaged or stolen bicycles.

Billing

Your statement, including all dues and charges, is mailed at the end of each month and payment is expected promptly upon receipt.  Checks can be mailed or deposited in the member payment box, located at the entrance to the Member Services office.  Cash payments are accepted in the Member Services office and automatic bill payment from a checking account or credit card is also available.  A $15 late fee will be added to your statement if payment is received after the last day of the month.

The Member Accounts staff is available to answer your questions weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Information about your account will be given only to you or to your authorized caller.

Boat Dock

The boat dock is available for Members while they are at the Club. The Club does not assume responsibility for boats tied up at the dock.

Cameras

Cameras are not permitted in the Club. Photographs and filming may only take place with the permission of a Club manager.

Cancellation of Lessons, Appointments, etc.

There is a charge for an appointment or reservation which has not been cancelled 24 hours, or more, in advance.

Cancellation of Membership

In order to maintain the safety and comfort of all Members and their guests, we reserve the right to cancel the membership of anyone who has acted inappropriately or has not complied with the Club’s Guidelines or with the requests or directions from management. Firearms and possession, sale, exchange or use of any unlawful controlled substance while at the Club are prohibited.

Memberships may be inactivated for a minimum of nine months by giving written notice by certified or registered mail and payment of the dues and charges accrued through the last day of the current month. A minimal reinstatement fee will apply.

Cell Phones

We ask for your cooperation in honoring the following guidelines when using your cell phone:

• Turn the ringer volume down and answer on the first ring.

• Limit your conversation to important use only.

• Talk as quietly as you can, as if speaking to a person next to you.

• Look around to see if your conversation may be bothering others.

• Do not use your cell phone in certain areas or during activities when it could be disruptive to others.  This includes when on the stairs, using a piece of equipment, in an exercise class, in the locker room TV lounge, in the spa or in quiet areas.

Check Room

The Check Room is open daily from October through April.  Non-perishable items can be checked for you or the person you designate.  The Club is not responsible for lost items or those left overnight.

Comments and Suggestions

Your comments and suggestions are very important to us.  They are reviewed by management and help us to maintain the highest level of service.  If you would like a response, please provide us with your name and telephone number.

Dress Code

We ask that all members and their guests wear proper attire:

• Cover-ups and appropriate shoes are to be worn, except in the stairway leading from the locker rooms to the fourth level pool.  For personal safety and health reasons, we suggest wearing shower shoes in the locker room.

• Tank tops are to cover the entire chest

• T-shirts and other clothing with offensive language may not be worn.

• Blue jeans and blue jean cut-offs may not be worn in workout areas or on the racquet courts.

• See-through apparel and torn clothing may not be worn.

• Leotards may not be worn without tights.

• Swim suits may only be worn at the pools and on the Sun Deck and should be conservatively appropriate to the character of the Club.

• While casual attire is acceptable, workout clothing may not be worn in the Restaurant.

•Workout clothing is permitted in the Grill, however, we ask that you towel dry before walking through or sitting down.

First Aid/Medical Assistance

Should an emergency arise, dial “555” and explain the nature of the emergency.  The operator will immediately notify the appropriate person(s) to assist you.  Many of our staff members are certified in CPR and first aid and can be in the area within minutes.

Lost And Found

If you find a lost item, please bring it to the Member Services office.  If you lose something, stop in the Member Services office to see if it has been turned in.  Because so many items are similar, we cannot positively identify them over the telephone.  If identification is attached to an item, we will do our best to contact the owner.

Items are donated to charity if they are not claimed within the following time schedule: valuable items are held in safekeeping for 30 days, gloves and other small items are stored in the Member Services office for one week and non-valuable items, such as racquets and shoes, are stored for two weeks.

The Club is not responsible for lost items.

Membership Credentials

Each member is given a membership card.  Please present your card to one of the receptionists each time you enter the Club, when registering guests, for validation of your parking ticket and when charging throughout the Club.

It is very important to bring your membership card with you.  However, if you forget or lose it, it will be necessary to check in through the Member Services office.

Your membership card may not be given to or be used by any other person.  Misrepresentation or misuse could result in the cancellation of your membership.

Messages

Messages can be left with a staff person at the service desk, in the respective locker rooms, and will be posted on the bulletin boards.  The public address system is used only in extreme emergencies.

Parking

You may park in the garage, only while you are using the Club.  Additional parking is available in the valet lot and self-park lots located at 360 W. Hubbard.  Parking rates are reduced in the self-park lot after 3 p.m. during the week and all day on weekends and holidays.  Parking for the disabled is available in the valet lot and through the Reception Desk when the valet lot is closed.

Please click here for additional parking options.

Please have your parking ticket validated at the Reception Desk when you check into the Club, and pay at the cashier's booth in the garage when exiting.

As a convenience, you are able to post parking fees directly to your membership account by swiping your membership card when entering and exiting the garage.

In order to preserve the availability of the garage for Members who are using the Club, there is a $25 charge if your car is left in the garage and you are not in the Club.  There is also a $25 charge for an invalidated or lost parking ticket.  If you are in the Club for more than six hours (Monday through Friday), please stop in the Member Services office for a special validation.

The driveway, providing access to the Club entrance and garage, is only to be used for entering the garage and for picking up and discharging passengers.  Parking in the driveway is otherwise prohibited.

Car Wash/Air Pump

A hand car wash service is located in the garage and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Cash payments can be made at the Reception Desk and charges to your Club account can be arranged through the car wash attendant. There is an additional charge for oversized vehicles. An air pump is located in bay 1A.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the Club, other than in the banquet areas when attending a function.
