GENERAL INFORMATION

Warm up and cool down periods are important in achieving the full benefit of your workout. Therefore, we recommend participating in the entire class. Weights and other equipment may be used only in classes that specify their use.

If you need to modify your workout, please move to the rear of the class to avoid distracting and possibly injuring other participants.

Studios feature shock-absorbing floors, which guard against stress on the joints. Music volume levels, as well as class structure, are set in accordance with industry standards. Classes are monitored to ensure safe, effective and enjoyable workouts.

With the exception of the Cycling Studio, you are welcome to exercise in any of the studios when classes are not scheduled.

Children ages 13-15 may participate in classes after completing the Teen Fitness Certification program.

A listing of classes and instructors is posted outside the studios, in the locker rooms and on the website. On occasion, substitutions are necessary.
