GENERAL
INFORMATION
Before beginning
a fitness routine with a personal trainer or Pilates instructor, we
require that members complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
Please consult your physician before
beginning your exercise program, especially if heart, circulatory or
respiratory problems exist. Fitness supervisors are available in the
1st Level fitness areas to help you use the equipment in a safe and
effective manner.
We ask that you keep in mind the following
guidelines when using the fitness areas:
- Cell phone conversations are not allowed in any of the exercise
areas.
- Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in exercise areas
unless they have participated in the Teen Fitness Certification.
- Please replace all weights on the racks when you are finished.
- Shoes are required in all of the workout areas
- Please allow others to work in with you.
- Please wipe down the equipment when finished.
- Please do not bring water in open cups into the room. Plastic water
bottles are permitted.
