CLUB
Led by East Bank Club Exercise
Programs Director Nancy Burrows and personal trainer Laurie Fritts,
our running club welcomes runners of all abilities, social and serious.
If you like competition, if you are a middle of the pack or beginning
runner, you will find plenty of company at our club. Morning runs are
held Wednesdays and Saturdays (weather permitting), and there are complimentary
monthly seminars. All participants receive discounts on VO2 Max test,
ActivTrax evaluations ad other special fitness programs. Contact the
