VO2
Max Testing
The VO2 Max Test is the most
accurate way to determine maximum heart rate, anaerobic threshold, caloric
expenditure and training zones. The information obtained from the VO2
Max Test can be used to calculate a target heart rate for burning fat,
improve cardiovascular fitness and maximize performance.
Appointments last approximately
60 minutes. Registration is necessary. Sign up in the Fitness Department
