WEIGHT OFF WISELY (WOW)

This eight-week weight loss/weight management program promotes healthy ways to lose weight and achieve long-term results. Learn to make modest changes to your daily routine through a healthy, sensible diet and regular exercise. The program includes weekly meetings, three private consultations with our new full-time dietician, Karen Wagner, RD, LD, and circuit training workouts twice per week.
