This 5-on-5 format begins in late-October/early-November and continues through February/March. Captains and two protected players are designated prior to play and they put together their team through a draft.

Games are played on the east court, which is NBA-regulation size. Referees officiate the games and standings are posted regularly. The fee includes team jerseys and 1st place awards at the end of the season.
