Ashtanga Blend

This energetic class blends poses from the primary and intermediate series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, featuring traditional sun salutations and standing sequences followed by a blend of seated poses, backbends, inversions and arm balances. Pose sequences are designed to challenge strength and flexibility while smooth, flowing transitions promote mental clarity. It is recommended that participants take several Yoga Beginnings classes prior to attending this class. There is no advance registration for this class.

Barre Chisel

This class incorporates elements of ballet, modern dance, Pilates and yoga with light weight-training to improve muscular endurance and balance. It’s a non-stop endurance workout that uses isotonic and isometric contractions to work both the small intrinsic muscles and the major muscle groups, resulting in a sculpted upper body, firmer thighs and a lifted seat. Heated Vinyasa

Mindful Vinyasa
