Our Fitness department offers a variety of cardiovascular and strength training programs for members at every fitness level.

East Bank Club's cardiovascular space encompasses more than 25,000 square feet and houses more than 450 pieces of cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Our fitness areas include a state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Room, a separate Free Weight Room, a complete Selectorized Room, and an expansive Performance Center with turf training area, three track lanes, and strength and cardiovascular training area. Staff is always on-hand to instruct you in proper use of the equipment, spot you in the weight rooms and answer your questions.

We offer an array of programs, ranging from classes designed for beginners and those new to the Club, to the ever popular Boot Camp and specialty classes featuring the Power Plate equipment and TRX Suspension Trainers, to a complete schedule of high-intensity training programs in the Performance Center. We also offer a number of fitness tests, such as the Bod Pod Body Fat Measurement, VO2 Max Testing and Resting Metabolic Rate Testing.
